ALLOCATOR - EDINBURGH - V3301GM

£16,000 - £18,000

My client is a fantastic business enjoying healthy expansion so the need to appoint Allocators for their new Head Office has arisen. They are seeking experienced, enthusiastic and ambitious candidates with a background from retail merchandising/allocation to help launch the new currency venture and ensure its ongoing success.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Update daily exchange rates and supply them to the branches.
  • Liaising with suppliers
  • Active monitoring of competitor rates.
  • Keeping branches informed of currency changes
  • Statistical/Trend Analysis of foreign currency rates
  • Ensure correct pricing of foreign currency on a branch by branch basis.

CANDIDATES SHOULD POSSESS:

  • Previous Retail experience within Allocation or Merchandising
  • Excellent Excel skills
  • Previous experience in processing information / statistical analysis
  • Excellent keyboard, administration & numeracy skills
  • Strong organisational skills.

HANDOVER SPECIALIST - FIFE- V3318GM

£12,000 + bonus (£24,000 OTE)

My client, a very successful Motor Trade company is currently recruiting for a Handover Specialist for their Motor Dealership based in Fife .

 

Duties will include:-

  • Ensuring that all vehicles are handed over in line with the expected standards & timescales
  • Carrying out final checks on vehicles being handed over
  • Ensuring sales staff are notified of any potential delays in the handover
  • Ensuring that all necessary vehicle preparation and documentation has been completed
  • Liaising on a daily basis with customers & suppliers, providing impeccable customer service

In order to be considered for this role, you must have previous experience in a similar role within the motor trade.

 

PART- TIME OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR - FIFE- V3319GM

£15,000 Pro Rata

My client, a successful firm of Independent Financial Advisors is currently seeking a Part-Time Office Administrator for their office in North Fife .

 

Duties will include:-

  Answering the Telephone & greeting clients
•  Dealing with mail & general telephone queries
•  Filing & photocopying
•  Typing letters
•  Obtaining Client Investment Valuations (after training)
•  Processing new business (after training)
