Are you looking for a fulfilling part-time role? Then look no further!
In this busy role you will be answering the telephone, dealing with
the mail, meeting and greeting visitors and carrying out general administration
duties.
The ideal candidate will be well presented, flexible in their working
hours and have excellent communication skills. You will already be proficient
in MS office applications.
Hours of work are Monday to Friday and one week you will work 8.45am-1.15pm
and then the week after 1pm-5pm alternately.
Up to £10,500
Work for a highly respected and professional wealth management company
based in central Edinburgh 3 days a week.
Based in the Reception area you will be responsible for audio typing
documents and dealing with all enquiries either via phone of front of
house. You will also be responsible for assisting with travel arrangements
and events organising.
If you are very well presented with great communication skills and have
a strong personality coupled with a reception or a secretarial background
this could be the ideal job for you!
