This excellent opportunity has arisen to join a busy friendly team with an immediate start on an ongoing temporary basis.

The main part of your day will be spent handling incoming calls from existing customers, problem solving for customers, carrying out general administration duties and dealing with reports.

Previous experience of handling customer enquiries and complaints over the telephone is essential for this position as is a good telephone manner and IT skills.
