In this busy role you will be answering the telephone, meeting and greeting visitors, assisting customers with queries, organising catering for meetings, co-ordinating meeting rooms, arranging travel and accommodation, dealing with the mail/couriers and performing administration and database duties. Previous experience as an Office Receptionist is essential for this position as are Microsoft Office skills and a welcoming telephone manner.
CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER (temp)- Ref V2965SH Up to £14,000 Our client a financial servicing company based in West Lothian, is looking to recruit a Member Services Officer to work within a busy, client-facing office environment. Duties will include explaining the company services to customers face-to-face, assisting customers with the application process, being the first point of call for new and existing customer issues and liasing with external bodies regarding the company profile and visiting various branches in West Lothian. The ideal candidate will have previous customer service experience, friendly and approachable, organised and honest, and will thrive when helping allmanners of client to their fullest capacity. Due to the location of the office and nature of the role own transport is essential.
